The palate is fresh with bright raspberry and dried strawberry fruit, rich cherry cola and baking spice with a rounded texture and savory, dried autumn leaf notes leading to a fresh finish with balanced round tannins and sustained fruit and spice. Pairs well with a nutty cheese like Manchego with assorted charcuterie or with a grilled lamb chop garnished with shitake mushrooms sautéed with slivers of pancetta. Blend - 100% Pinot Noir
