The varying exposure and altitude of our vineyards allow us to create this mosaic of parcels, resulting in this wine’s beautiful complexity.

TASTING

Our Bourgogne rouge has a beautiful cherry-red colour. The nose is fine, fresh and fruity with red wild berry, blackcurrant and violet flower aromas. The mouth is fleshy and well-balanced with a very pleasant finish.

FOOD/WINE PAIRING

Very good for your barbecues, red meat and poultry. Il will nicely match grilled lamb with herbs, provençale-style tomatoes or beef skewers. Recommended with some mild cheese like cantal or brie.
