Champagne is an historic province in the northeast of France, best known for the production of the sparkling white wine that bears the region's name. White and red still wines were made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Malolactic conversion was prevented, protecting the cuvee's freshness and delicate fragrance. 3 years bottle ageing gives maturity.
