ROSÉ Experience is done through the maceration process: black skins of the Pinot Noir gives the colour to the rosé.It is a rather noteworthy cuvée as it is a rosé made in the Côte des Blancs. The Pinot Noir are coming from Vertus, once famous for its black grapes. This champagne will be exquisite with red fruits desserts. For the bold ones, it will exalt game dishes in winter.
