Bodegas Habla del Silencio - Cabernet Sauvignon/Tempranillo

Intense, high cherry-coloured robe with a purple rim. On the nose loads of ripe black fruit, a dash of nutmeg, some mineral and vegetal notions and hints of dry earth. This red wine labelled as VT de Extremadura is surprisingly complex. Meaty and yummy, this young red wine by Bodegas Habla has a well-defined structure and a fat-free corpulence that coats the palate with notes of liquor-infused fruit, balsam and some mineral undertones. Ripe, round tannins and long, persistent finish. Good match with chicken, roast chicken or BBQ pork. Blend - Syrah 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30% & Tempranillo 20%.
